Facing the IncompatibleBrokerVersion: Kafka broker does not support the 'CreateTopicsRequest_v0' Kafka protocol. error when trying to access the kafka for topic creation

KafkaAdminClient(bootstrap_servers=settings.APACHE_STAGING, api_version=(0, 10, 0))

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
