Fix Pattern Lab Twig Lineages When Using D8-Friendly Twig Paths (Part 2 of 2)

Placeholder issue for the other half of work relating to drupal-pattern-lab/patternengine-php-twig#1 per chat with @EvanLovely. FWIW, the PHP updates involved with this should be fully backwards compatible based on testing I've done so this should hopefully be a quick win for us.

Just need to get the PR in so we can fix lineages!
