HTTPS not supported on Windows, installer hangs. Error shot from the developer menu of the app (via the view menu). Thanks Adam for the tip.

This is probably worked around temporarily by reverting the version of static-php-cli we're using to compile the PHP interpreter (done in #40). But, leaving this open in case it resurfaces once the upstream bug is dealt with.

This was fixed upstream.
