Clarify to a user that rustup failed to install RLS because the default toolchain is stable if that's the problem #187

Description
Currently if you use the stable toolchain, the extension will show an error message saying that rustup can't install RLS.
It can be improved since it is not too hard to check if the failure's reason is the stable toolchain.
