Digitization specialization and noise

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the TIC meeting on digitization and corresponding thresholds, noise was brought up and specifically the suggestion to diversify the existing digitization classes (silicon and calorimetry) should be specialized, maybe based on readout technology, maybe even finer by sub-system, and to add appropriate noise functionality.

Specialize digitization classes, in tandem with DSCs and DAQ.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leave as is, add special cases to existing classes as needed.

Comment for posterity: I've added a flag to indicate this topic was identified as a TDR want from the calorimetry side. Namely that multiple HGCROC-based subsystems expressed the desire for an HGCROC-specific digitization model.
