[Feature request] Make the "stack up" command work with Podman

As of now, the internal "stack up" command only works with Docker in the background. We would like to create our own integrations, but only have Podman available, not Docker.
Since Podman is relatively interchangeably with Docker, would it be able to add support for Podman?

Hi! Podman can be configured so all docker commands are compatible with Podman. You can find details on how to setup Podman here https://podman-desktop.io/docs/migrating-from-docker/managing-docker-compatibility

I've checked myself and i have been able to run the command.
