Upgrade to Leaflet 1.0.3 #10276
Description
Consider upgrading to Leaflet 1.0.3.
It does seem that the heatmap plugin does not function correctly with Leaflet 1.0.3. There are visual artifacts where the heatmap shifts position when zooming in/out.
