lookup_url_kwarg should be back-ported to 2.4

I think lookup_url_kwarg is in 3.0 but not 2.4. If lookup_url_kwarg is a replacement for slug_url_kwarg it would be great to have both in 2.4 to allow migrating the code.

Will milestone this for 2.4 when not on a mobile device, but not going to garuntee that there will be any more 2.4.x releases. It may happen but we'll see dep on any other issues in same category as this.

Also there does not seem to be any mention of lookup_url_kwarg in the 3.0 release notes.

Don't want to set any false expectations, but I guess I'd be more mindful to push out a 2.4.5 release if you or someone else was able to deal with PRs for the outstanding issues.
