Change all types in the SDK headers to be standard ANSI types, and make this the default in c_types.h by use of the define USE_NON_STANDARD_TYPES
In addition, make sure all function definitions are full prototypes, and add one or two remaining undeclared internal functions (eg. ets_vsnprintf() )
