Compatibility with Sphinx 1.4

With Sphinx 1.4, adding an existing directive (like done in this extension with the code-block directive) emits a warning which lets the build fail.

I don't know yet how to best solve this issue, but in the docs we for now stick with Sphinx 1.3 (see symfony/symfony-docs#6414).
