feat(): Additional controls examples in extensions

Description

This PR will add extra controls action in fabric-extensions.
Change rx/ry
Image cropping

Those will be used to create documentation on fabricjs.com, and are not meant to be part of the main ui library.
Change height is added in the core library since is a refactor of change width and wasn't worth fully duplicate it.

This PR is used to track progress and won't be merged before release of 7.0
