wrong behavior when linking libraries on android

🐛 Bug Report

when linking libraries it uses backslash not the division slash in settings.gradle
so that i have to change it every time i link new library

To Reproduce

• react-native link any library
• go to android/settings.gradle

Expected Behavior

uses division slash

Environment

System:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: (4) x64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2620M CPU @ 2.70GHz
Memory: 1.25 GB / 7.95 GB
Binaries:
Yarn: 1.13.0 - C:\Program Files (x86)\Yarn\bin\yarn.CMD
npm: 6.4.1 - C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm.CMD
