Trying to turn this into a real python library

What's Done:

Rearranging the File Structure for making it compatible with Python Packaging

What is left:

Name of the library in PyPI.
Publishing as Pre-Alpha version.

I have some experience in publishing the python package:

Helloworldpy is my simple PyPi (pip) package. we can run it through terminal Source Code , PyPI package link
