Update the absl-cpp version used in cmake

Update the absl-cpp package dependency to contain the fix for

c++: error: unsupported  option '-msse4.1' for target 'arm64-apple-darwin24.6.0'

reference: abseil/abseil-cpp@26ee072

and to be consistent with SPM and cocoapods dependency.
