Cannot add firebase to empty javascript project

I create an empty folder and run yarn add firebase command from the console. It gives the error below and cannot add firebase.

Node Version is 10.16.0
Python : 3.7.4

Actual problem is about Node.js gRPC Library. As stated here nodejs/node#4932, you will have to delete the folder C:\Users\<username>\.node-gyp\<node_version>\include\node\openssl and retry npm install
