Why does the project start at 1.28.0 ? (new git repo) #2

bug in the git projet
I had a nasty bug (missing necessary objects with github. They confirmed the issue and push a fix since. But I decided to move on and not wait for the fix. Results? I had to fork my own project. The archived repo is here.
