Some of these (like U+202A) don't seem to be on your list:

In Garry's Mod I see them being used in backdoors as function names.

As Visual Studio Code highlights invisible characters and is open-source (MIT) I went to see how it works. Look at this:

468 characters displayed as decimal UTF-16BE.

If that's right, your list still needs a little more attention.
