It seems like we don't really need the "./inputs" folder, right? Certainly not the simsize and json files but also the conversion seems a bit unnecessary as well. |

Yes, we may not need the inputs folder since it is generated upon initiating the model setup. We can remove it. Also, now that we have the conductivities in the user output, we don't need to recompute them. |

added one-sided and two-sided current configuration. With the changes to include laminar and turbulent conductivities, user_outputall can be used to evaluate the conductivities.
