Addresses an issue where tool call messages could become orphaned when included in the context, leading to incomplete or incorrect conversational histories. Improves the handling of tool messages by dropping any unpaired messages at the start of the conversation history. Fixes #38

Adds a playground UI to see users/threads/messages/details, experiment with fetching context, and sending messages
npm i @convex-dev/agent-playground, then expose the playground API, then runnpx @convex-dev/agent-playground.Or visit the hosted version on the repo's GitHub pages (you'll add your backend URL & api key)
