If you set CONVEX_TRACE_FILE=1 - you'll get a convex-local-backend.log with local backend logs

Take a look at the logs and let us know what you find.

also worth checking for things like out-of-memory and out-of-disk-space on your servers.

Actually I am running it locally for now, so I am getting this issue on my locally machine
