The biggest issue with complex bug templates in the past has been that people ignore them and don't even bother to remove the placeholder text, so you end with very long reports full of useless placeholder text, which makes it harder to find the actual information.

I think it is worth giving it a try, hopefully people will take the time to fill the form this time. |

Adding self sorted issue ticket form
Let people sort out the severity of their bug... if they don't mark it correctly, we can always fix it.
