Errors on the readme (how-to, active repos)

On the Readme there is a link for instructions on how to add a new repo (https://github.com/gitenberg-dev/documentation/blob/master/how_to) but that page is a 404.

There is also an attempt to link to a page listing active repos but with a malformed link syntax ([this file][active-repos]) and a non-url instead of an url so can't reach that page either

Are you reading it in an environment that doesn't render asciidoc?

I'm reading it from github.com so maybe that's why?
