Specifying the reaction input seems to not work. Instead it uses 👍.

@dloez You are absolutely correct and this is indeed a bug. Sorry I am just now seeing this, I have neglected this project a bit.

Here is what you should use instead with the new changes I just made

  uses: github/command@vX.X.X # use the new, latest release
  with:
    command: "/testdeploy"
    reaction: "eyes"
    success_reaction: "rocket" # <-- NEW: adds a 🚀 only if your command succeeds
    failure_reaction: "-1" # <-- NEW: adds a 👎  if your command fails
    allowed_contexts: "pull_request,issue"

P.S. I see your command is related to a deploy. Have you checked out https://github.com/github/branch-deploy at all? It is like this project but on steroids for deployments.
