Prebuilds: Display time spent per phase (incl. image build + load time)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, users only have very limited information about a given Prebuild, although they have a direct interest to learn about the behavior and to optimize it.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

Prebuild details should include:

• time per phase during prebuild execution
• incl. time per image build (if required)
• incl. time to load prebuild (this one is tough, as it's fundamentally connected to pulling the base image, but maybe displaying the size in GB would be a good 🛹 )
