Local Companion App does not keep workspace alive via SSH

Bug description

When using SSH via the companion app the workspace is not kept alive.

Steps to reproduce

• Install the local companion app: https://www.gitpod.io/blog/local-app
• Connect to a workspace using SSH.
• Wait approximately 30 minutes (https://www.gitpod.io/docs/life-of-workspace#timeouts)
• The workspace should stop

Expected behavior

The SSH connection notifies the workspace and keeps it alive.
