Error adding account

On my Mac Laptop, I finished the setting and it returned success in the browser. However, my terminal stucks at showing the url:

The it shows "Error: Failed to get access token: error trying to connect: tcp connect error: Operation timed out (os error 60)" after a while.
And the account is not successfully setup.

It needs an VPN level proxy if you are behind the GFW because it seems there is no way to set proxy server for it explicitely.
I failed several times and then finally realized it neither respects HTTP_PROXY env variable on *nix nor the Windows Internet proxy settings.
