api witch only return commits of a PullRequest - same as list on https://gitea/<user>/<repo>/pulls/<333>/commits shows

proposal: add GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/pulls/{index}/commits

ToDo:

• look if GitHub v3 API has something similar
