Issue images can not be deleted

clicking the Delete button does not respond, and the picture is not actually deleted.

For workaround, you can delete this comment, related attachments also be delete

Maybe I have fixed it in

• Add thumbnail to dropzone when pasting images in to comments #20147 (comment)
• the removal seems not working for edit on existing comment

But it's discarded (the new one for replacing is much more complex and I'm afraid it will be too difficult to maintain, and I haven't got time to test or optimize it)
