What is the latest on supporting Windows on Arm?

GitHub Actions now has build agents for WoA: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-09-03-github-actions-arm64-linux-and-windows-runners-are-now-generally-available/

Microsoft published a blog post yesterday about GitHub now hosting Windows on Arm runners that are available to all public repos.

Windows on Arm support was previously removed from native-platform due to lack of infrastructure. @ghale Now that the GitHub-hosted runners are available, is it feasible for the aarch64 platform to be re-enabled?
