Vite shared config with apps

• Update package.json
  • move entries that was at bottom of package.json
  • remove old exports (was when we had umd support) + add missing type
  • use "pre" and $npm_execpath in scripts to be more agnostic to the OS and runner (npm/pnpm/yarn)
• Add missing types for tsc when checking imports: svgo & @types/prettier
• Use the opportunity to reuse/dedup and share Vite config between projects: /configs folder
  • vite plugins are declared as optional peer to not affect apps not using the shared config
