Hamcrest future

Java 8 introduced DateTime, Optional and Streams to make but a few. I believe these should be native matchers within hamcrest.

Agreed for a Java 8 version, also closures.

I'm not sure how to handle this as there are still plenty of Java 7 users in the world. Time for a new version?
