Set project specific environment variables for lsp server

To build my project, i need to set some environment-variables (which can't be global since they are project-specific). Is this possible so that the HIE worker can build the project? Some VS-Code extensions allow the setting of specific environment-variables.

Hey @LeanderK! Are there any examples of VSCode extensions you know of that have this option? Just so I can get a better picture of what is needed here.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found that the CMake Tools extension has a similar feature.
