Feature: Full SDK generation

Fixes #926

• add new sdk config option to handle full SDK generation
• confirmed compatible with @hey-api/client-fetch
• generation based on existing class pattern
• code not generated via templates, done using the TS compiler functions
• deprecate internal old name param based generation
