support webgpu on deno

Feature request

deno supports webgpu (with --unstable-webgpu cli flag), would be great if device: webgpu used this, currently it just errors with unsupported device

Motivation

This would allow using webgpu serverside, which is currently not possible

Why does deno not work while still having access to webgpu with the flag? Is there some additional check to see if it's running in a Browser or not? This would be a killer feature.
