Added a beginner-level bouncing ball animation to frames.

Created bounce.go in frames/
Registered Bounce in frames.go FrameMap
Tested locally with go run main.go and curl http://localhost:8080/bounce

This is a beginner-level contribution to help get familiar with ascii.live animations.
