Point the link to docs on the root page to docs instead of get-started

The Support->Documentation link on the root page https://www.hypertrace.org/ points to https://www.hypertrace.org/get-started. We should change it to point to the docs.

The link to docs is already public at https://github.com/hypertrace/hypertrace#documentation
