Analogous to CsvIndividualTimeSeriesMetaInformation, timeseries meta information that is related to sql sources requires SqlIndividualTimeSeriesMetaInformation, which also extends IndividualTimeSeriesMetaInformation.
This new class includes the table name on top of the standard time series information.
