Error with no-unused-exports when using destructured exports: exported declaration 'undefined' not used within other modules

Hi,

saw #1683 was closed a long time ago so decided to create a new issue.

I added a failing test here KristjanTammekivi@aecb641 but I'm not entirely sure how to fix it.
