need interface to handle the offset of each plane and pitch from application

when media_driver accept the surface from outside, PRIME or UserPtr, application already set the offset and pitch, need interface to override the one inside gmm resource info

when we do video frame scaling and rotation on boards with iHD driver in Chromium, it will always produce corrupted images, so now in Chromium, the scaling and rotation just can work well on boards with i965 driver. In Chromium, the src and dest VASurface of scaling operation are both created from the DMABUF-based video frame, using VASurfaceAttribExternalBuffers, and the VASurfaceAttrib value.i is VA_SURFACE_ATTRIB_MEM_TYPE_DRM_PRIME.
So please add the interface to override the one inside gmm resource info.

The library has implemented the override function for pitch and offset override. eg: OverridePitch(GMM_GFX_SIZE_T Pitch), OverridePlanarXOffset(GMM_YUV_PLANE Plane, GMM_GFX_SIZE_T XOffset) and OverridePlanarYOffset(GMM_YUV_PLANE Plane, GMM_GFX_SIZE_T YOffset)
