To avoid future issues with ABI for DeviceBinaryImage, this commit makes the following chages: * Moves RTDeviceBinaryImage to a source header. * Merges DeviceBinaryImage into RTDeviceBinaryImage. * Promotes the common property ranges from DeviceBinaryImage into new members.
