  1. enable pytest parallel
  2. pytest skip crash and continue others
  3. distribute CPUs and GPUs evenly test on multiple GPUs system
  4. fix cicd workflow issues

Example: op_ut, total cases ~ 120k, reducing time ~ 75%, details: w/ parallel took ~ 1h, w/o took ~ 4h
