Can't build on macOS in XCode 11.0 beta X

Issue

I have tried to get a build for macOS in the new Xcode 11.0 beta 4 working for a while (the iPad variant). But no matter how I configure the provision profiles it always ends up with this errors in XCode.

"react-native-firebase": "5.5.6",
"react-native": "0.60.4",

XCode itself shows no errors in the Signing and Capabilities tab - have Automatically manage signing checked. Has anyone else experienced this or can it be something wrong in the library?
