404 mentions nonexisting search bar

When viewing the 404 page of dev.java, I see the following:

This suggests trying the search bar "above" but the search bar is missing on the 404 page.

looks like they used old nav bar version on the 404 page

it missing the playground list item from the nav bar also and the result list

copy the whole header element will fix the view part but the search functionality need some work
