Merge functionality bug

The `merge` command does not appear to work correctly (i.e. it doesn't merge at all; it does nothing). From testing, I believe the `set` command on [line 17](https://github.com/jlopez/serverless-configuration/blob/master/src/index.js#L17) should be a `get` like for the `add`.
