I previously proposed joining the OpenJSF, and there were no objections (#28).

There are some clear benefits, and joining sends a clear message: "JSON Schema has long term support, and isn't owned by a commercial organisation."

As such, I'll proceed to start the joining process.
Project Progression is outlined here: https://github.com/openjs-foundation/cross-project-council/blob/main/PROJECT_PROGRESSION.md

This task will only look to join as an Incubating project, as fully fledged within one quater isn't reasonably obtainable given the requirements.
