The purpose of this issue is to build the landing page available in this figma project. Regarding the top menu, it will be great if we can make it behave like backstage.io, meaning it stay always visible on top even though the user scroll down.

For more context about the design discussions please see the issue. #20.

The texts and messaging are still under discussion in this document.

Links in the bottom menu should be: Slack, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Github and Google Groups.
