Feedback from users has shown that it's pretty common for JavaScript applications to want
float64everywhere, and Java/C# applications to wantint32everywhere. To make retrofitting applications usingjtd-infereasier, this PR adds--default-number-type.Furthermore, this PR switches to release-based publications of the crate. It also makes this crate usable as a Rust library.
