Document Bazel build support in the User Guide

Overview

I want to draw attention to the build support provided by JUnit 5 user guide. I found that Bazel build support is missing in the user guide.

It would be great if we have Bazel also. Currently covered in the documentation are Maven, Gradle, and Ant.

I've asked @shs96c in bazel-contrib/rules_jvm_external#629 (comment) if he's willing to update that so we can remove some of the boilerplate.

Hi! I'd like to work on this documentation issue. I can see that there's already a Bazel sample project available at https://github.com/junit-team/junit5-samples/tree/main/junit5-jupiter-starter-bazel that I can reference to create a documentation section for Bazel build support in the user guide.

I'm a beginner contributor looking for a simple documentation task to get started with contributing to JUnit. Could you please assign this issue to me?

I've created a pull request to address this Bazel documentation request: #4883

The PR adds Bazel build support documentation to the running-tests.adoc file, which includes:

• Information about Bazel's support for running tests on the JUnit Platform
• Reference to the official JUnit 5 + Bazel Starter Sample project

This should provide users with the Bazel build documentation that was requested in this issue.
