- Check for connection on startup and disable plugin if credentials are wrong.
- Fix wall sign issue resolved even if block next to it was broken
- Fix only one issue is resolved per block
- Rework transitions so now there is no need to use predetermined transition ids. (minimum of 3 is required for TODO to work)
