Make fuzzing easy

We should make fuzzing tests easy to run for conversion.

Is this still relevant? If so, we would like to help.

Recently we (@AdamKorcz in particular) have been working on fuzzing custom Kubernetes controllers (Flux GitOps toolkit in this case), please see the following PRs for examples:

• Fuzzing: Initial set up fluxcd/source-controller#443
• Fuzzing: Initial commit fluxcd/kustomize-controller#434
• Fuzzing: Initial commit fluxcd/image-automation-controller#229
• Fuzzing: Initial commit fluxcd/notification-controller#250

It would be neat to fuzz the core controller-runtime library as well (not just limited to conversion libraries), is this something you would be interested in? If so, we are already working on Kubernetes fuzzing (see here: kubernetes/kubernetes#104772) and would be happy extend to the controller-runtime.
